I'm a corporate finance lawyer who loves working with startups. I work with companies at every stage in their life cycle -- from two founders in a garage with an idea to Fortune 100 companies. I represent startups in a variety of industries, including tech, biotech, medical devices, food and a whole lot of other areas as well. I "grew up" practicing in New York City at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher (a big international law firm) and moved to Boulder 3 years ago to follow my passion and work with startups in one of the most exciting places in the world...Northern Colorado.
